Moods Massage Therapy is located in Downtown Colorado Springs. We are firm believers in taking a holistic approach to healing. Our therapist range of having 14 to 18 years of experience. We specialize in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish and Ashiatsu Massage. At Moods, we strive to balance clients and promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

You'll have your choice of modality, which would include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy or a combination with hot stones as a complementary option. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
